What we cannot do

We cannot recover your scan history. It is held by your browser on your device and never reaches us, so once you clear your browser data it is gone from the only place it existed. The same applies to a code you generated and did not save: nothing you create here is stored on our side, so there is no copy for us to look up.

How long a reply takes

This is a small operation, not a support desk. Most messages are answered within a few days. A clear description of the problem, and a screenshot where one helps, will always get a faster and more useful answer than a general report that something is broken.
